Refund policy
We do not issue refunds. 

We only accept exchanges for store credit (the value of the item)
We only accept exchanges NO REFUNDS due to the majority of our items being handmade to order; they undergo production, importation and availability is very limited for certain styles.You may reorder the new desired size or new item of preference. 

•STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED AND AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT with 4 days of receiving your return. You will then be able to use store credit. (VALUE OF THE ITEM ONLY) 90 days VALUE
We honor exchanges if we are contacted within 5 daysfrom date received, you will be responsible for shipping cost on items you'd like to exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that it was received.

Letting us know about the exchange, you will have 5 days after notifying us to ship your exchange, pack your items, add a note with your order # and contact information . Once ready, visit your mail carrier service of preference and ship it to the address provided below:

Once we receive your exchange, we will follow up and issue via email, please allow up to 4 days for your exchange to be processed or for us to get in contact with your after received .
 
Note that as mentioned above, we do not cover shipping costs.

    •    Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and unwashed
